1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 cup Crushed Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 T Steak Sauce
Mix all these ingredients together and form into a loaf. Throw this on the smoker at 250 degrees till the internal temperature reaches 160. Here's some pictures of the process.
